How to Connect Logitrac with Your Tekion System

Follow this guide to request the connection and prepare your team for the new features ahead.

Step 1: Locate Logitrac in the Integration Hub

The first step is to find the Logitrac application within your Tekion environment:

  1. Open the Integration Hub app by clicking on the App Grid menu > Apps tab > APC section > Integration Hub app tile.

  2. In the Integration Hub screen, make sure the All Integration tab is selected.

  3. Search for "Logitrac". The Logitrac HyperDrive application will appear. Click on it to view the details.

Step 2: Request Connection and Approve Permissions

Once you are on the Logitrac application details page, you will need to authorize the data flow:

  1. Click the "Request Connection" button located in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

  2. A pop-up will appear listing the data permissions required for the integration. You can expand each data set by clicking the carrot icon to the left of each line item.

  3. If you agree to all data permissions, check the box at the bottom of the pop-up screen and click "Next" in the bottom right.

  4. Accept the Terms and Conditions by checking the two boxes at the bottom of the next screen.

  5. Click the "Accept & Connect" button located on the bottom right.

Step 3: Confirmation and Personalized Training

Clicking "Accept & Connect" completes your setup steps! An automatic email notification will instantly be sent to the Logitrac team letting us know you've requested the connection.
