How to Contact Support

Contacting support is simple and straightforward. 

1. Navigate to the Support Tab

At the top of the page, locate and click on the Support tab.



2. Open the Support Widget

Clicking the Support tab will open a widget in the bottom-right corner of your screen.


3. Choose a Support Option

The widget provides you with three convenient options:

  • Send a Message: Chat with a support representative(typical response time within 15 minutes).

5. Support Hours
