We've shipped a batch of fixes and improvements based on feedback from dealers like you. This release is focused on stability, accuracy, and quality-of-life polish across reporting, billing, integrations, and agreements. Highlights below.
Billing & Invoicing
- Connected Services Fee calculation corrected. Resolved a rounding/percentage issue where the Connected Services Fee could calculate at 4% instead of the configured 3.95% on certain agreements and invoices.
- Invoice vs. Transaction Report mismatch fixed. When a Connected Services Fee was voided, some customer invoices were still showing it as paid even though the Transaction Report was correct. Both now reflect the void consistently.
- Fixed an issue where the Connected Services Fee line item wasn't displaying on Toyota contracts. The fee was being included in the total but not appearing as its own line. It now shows as expected.
- Fixed an issue where invoices could display a Connected Services Fee percentage that didn't match account settings.
- Toll within an active contract now bills correctly. Resolved an issue where tolls that occurred within an active contract window could be incorrectly routed to “Dealer Owes” or skipped due to daylight savings time handling.
- Tolls invoice now includes gantry information for NTTA accounts. Previously the toll invoice was only showing the Connected Services Fee without the underlying toll/gantry detail.
- Plate number added to toll invoices. Toll invoices now include the plate number alongside the existing toll details.
- Invoice no longer cuts off on page 2. Customer invoices with longer charge lists were truncating at the end of page 2 — the remaining charges and the total amount are now displayed in full.
- Fixed an issue on the batch report where a one-time fee could appear even when set to inactive, and where that amount wasn't summing into the total correctly.
- Batch report column relabeled. The daily surcharge column was incorrectly labeled as a percentage fee. The label now matches the actual data.
- Batch report agreement section formatted properly. Resolved an issue where the agreement section on batch reports could display unreadable code instead of a clean agreement summary.
Reporting
- Days Sitting (Sitting Vehicles) report can now be scheduled. It's now available as an option in the Scheduled Reports list.
- Utilization Report PDF export no longer cuts off the Total column. All columns now render when exporting to PDF.
- Full Inventory Report date format corrected. Dates now display as DD-MM-YYYY instead of YYYY-MM-DD.
- RO Invoiced report Excel export now includes the "Time to Return" column, which was previously missing.
- Open Agreements – RO Status Report now shows all RO status types. Statuses like Tech Assigned and In Progress were previously showing as N/A.
- Reports tab UI customization now lists all reports. Adding favorites was cutting off all reports alphabetically after Service Advisor Assignment Report.
- New: Non-Loaner RO report. A new report covering currently open agreements with a transportation type other than Loaner.
Agreements
- Per-Model Pricing now persists when editing an agreement. Previously, editing an open agreement could revert a chosen per-model rate back to the default. The selected rate is now retained across edits.
- Backdated agreements pull the correct odometer reading. When backdating an agreement, the system now looks up the odometer value from GPS history at the backdated date/time instead of using the current reading.
- Step 4 stall on missing customer info fixed. When required customer profile info was missing, the agreement flow would stall in step 4 instead of returning the user to step 1 to complete the profile. It now routes back correctly.
- Required Credit Card field enforced when opening an agreement. Closed a path that allowed an agreement to be opened without credit card info on file.
- Rental/Customer Pay toggle now saves. Toggling Rental/Customer Pay OFF during agreement open was reverting to ON; the setting is now persisted correctly between Quick Edit and full Edit views.
- "Credit card data not found" error resolved. Affected agreements where card info was clearly present on the customer profile but the system reported it as missing.
- Customer profiles can no longer be deleted while in an active agreement. This prevents downstream issues like inability to charge tolls later.
Alerts & Notifications
- Customer-facing alerts now sending via SMS and email. Fixed an issue where alerts logged in the system weren't actually being delivered to the customer. Alert descriptions now also match what's shown in the report.
- Internal alerts now delivering as expected. Resolved a gap where geofence, odometer, and driver's license expiration alerts were being logged but not sent.
- Fixed an issue where Lexus Reserve alert recipients were getting notifications for non–Lexus Reserve reservations.
- MarketDrive waiting-room alerts now clearly identified. Waiting-room alerts were being treated the same as loaner alerts; the alert now states that the customer is in the waiting room.
Mapping
- Mapping page now scoped to the active dealership. Fixed an issue where some users could see vehicles from sibling dealerships under a single login, causing duplicate-looking icons. The map now only shows vehicles for the dealership the user is currently logged into.
- Geofence Authorized Travel Area editing fixed. Resolved an error that prevented saving after correcting an authorized travel area boundary.
- Mapping page display elements cleaned up. Corrected display elements on the mapping page that were rendering inaccurately.
DMS & Third-Party Integrations
- MDL unit label corrected. Outbound MDL checkouts now send the dealer-meaningful unit name instead of the internal vehicle ID.
- MyKaarma iframe error resolved. Fixed an error when saving a customer or opening an agreement through the myKaarma iframe.
- MarketDrive model-year exclusions now respected. Excluded model years are no longer being sent marketing links.
- MarketDrive reservation iframe now shows the correct models for non-Lexus brands.
- Lead acceptance flow no longer hides other day options. All day options remain visible; an informational message is shown if the chosen day falls outside the acceptance window.
Dashboard & Display
- Fixed an issue where some dealers were experiencing incorrect dashboard stats.
- iPad "Ultra Wide" camera orientation corrected. Photos taken in this view were saving sideways.
- Reservation trim selection now retains the selected trim instead of resetting to the first option.
- Filter + search behavior fixed on toll charges report. Applying the "Dealer Owes" filter no longer populates the search bar with the filter text, so users can search vehicle names within the filtered results.
